T11

Since it seems that both Thoro and Kresh, and maybe Sap, won't be able to join us tonight, I'm of the opinion that (for once, lol) T11 should wait until the weekend now that we're getting close to a clear. This so people won't get fucked over loot-wise.

However, unless we raid late I can't join myself on Saturday, so the only evenings left for a clear would be Sunday and/or Monday. If we wouldn't be able to clear on one of those two days either, there'll be no loot for the week whatsoever, rendering this argument kinda moot :o

So, hence my question: who'd be up for a T11-or-bust session on one of those 2 days? Aka getting as many folks from the static together and all of us going at it until we clear, even if it takes us 5 hours lol (if need be with breaks :P).

Personally I don't mind about Loot, well, I'll most likely be back before the reset but even if I wasn't I still wouldn't mind. I can see how others feel differently though, I know you want your IW Book Cer.

So in future, I don't want to hold the static back from a kill so don't stop on my account. I guess I can't get hyped about loot while we still can't farm due to the lockout, if we could kill T13 regularly then we'd get 8 chances a week which would be much better though as opposed to the as of yet 2 a week we on with T10 atm.

Also, whenever I'm on FFXIV, I'm basically up for FCoB all day erry day so 5 hour stretch is nothing to me. :)

Mmmh, you gotta be away for the weekend? Bah, shame. I would have rather tried this on Sunday, so that if we don't clear and/or something unexpected comes up (like inet malfunctions cough cough) we'd still have another day for a last minute go. Also yeah, IW would be kinda nice. If not, I'll either have to wait 3 weeks until after Thoro and Kresh get theirs, or they'd all have to wait a week longer to upgrade their weapons as well.

If this idea wouldn't work out planning wise, and loot isn't that important for you, I could always just keep aiming for a kill via pf and then join everyone for the next regular practice/kill attempt before reset (5 hour marathon or not). That way I can get my book, and Thoro or Kresh their weapon next week. And even maybe the tomestone at this week's kill already, depending on RNG (it's 50/50 chance with one chest, due to me having cleared). But that'd still be a pain for both me AND you all, lol. So I'd rather do it with everyone together.

Is also more fun first time clearing that way.

Could also gather up that evening anyways, depending on the other members' schedules. Though it'll be hard getting enough tries in and people staying long enough without any tanks of our own, I think. Could always try it.

Or do people rather take the risk and put our next session on Monday? Who else will be available on these 2 days and when?

Aight we had some ingame discussions about the matter, so here's a little update.

Seems our schedules aren't really affording us to play together again before reset. Hence T11 has been put on free-for-all status for the remainder of the week. Yours Lalafell truly, together with Thoro, tried their hands at a kill group and got a clear. Since Alastor and Arty also have the fight down, if PF doesn't fuck them over too badly (errytime, lol), would be nice seeing half of us past the T11 hurdle :)

T10 clear again on or after Tuesday and then we should look for an evening where all of us can get through T11 together. With some luck we'll be able to put T10 and T11 on farm status for everyone next week.

Update 2: Silver Crowe (the WAR who used to help us with T11 a few days ago, I'm sure you remember him) has agreed to fill up our warrior spot for next week. In addition, either his buddy Shantotto or Navri will most likely be joining us as a BLM. Which is all pretty great, and also reduces the chances of any PF woes we usually get.

Grats on the clears. I haven't been able to get on for a long enough time to raid sadly and probably won't until resets now. Hopefully get a clear next week on it then if you guys are confident about it now.

My focus right now is getting my Sasuke Blades (which as it happens with the help of Cer I got my last drop last night) which I only need sol now before I get it. After I will look at PF to see if there a T11 group but otherwise I'm gonna try T13
T12 with Cer and Thoro tonight shits and giggles as I won't be online on Monday. Be on Tuesday though, T10-11 clear hype!

Hmm, I don't think T11 will be much of a problem at this point if we can get everyone together for it, haha. As long as we start early and can get to the last phase reliably, people who haven't gotten much tether practice yet will be able to pick up on it fast imo. At least that's what I think.

After the initial shock, it's a "once you get it, you get it" kind of thing.
